About Carson

Carson graduated from Trent University with a Bachelor`s degree in Kinesiology. He is pursuing his career in kinesiology focusing on the biomechanics of the human body and developing exercise/rehabilitation programs for individual’s needs. Carson is a also in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Carson's passion for exercise and rehab programs grew through his years of playing competitive sports such as hockey and lacrosse. While training for hockey he developed a strong foundation for functional movement, and he has been able to implement these concepts assisting with patient care. Carson completed additional training in IASTM (Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) to aid our team in providing patients the best care possible. Working in collaboration with our team, Carson is able to provide a combination of therapy and exercise to aid in restoring functionality and quality of life for patients. Born and raised in the Peterborough region, Carson is excited to explore and get back to his roots in the area and what it has to offer. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping up with his health and fitness by going to the gym, golfing, fishing and playing recreational hockey. He plans to further his education in the field and expand his knowledge with rehab and exercise.
