This a free 20 minute consult with your counsellor. It is done via video. However, if you would prefer just a phone call let us know.
This session is for 80 mins, which is 30 mins longer than a normal 50 min session. It's for clients that feel a normal session isn't enough time.
2 optionsThis is a touch-base/tune-up session. It is 25 minutes long and is for existing clients who need support from their counsellor and don't have time or don't want a full session.
