My name is Carrie Lidstone, I am a queer woman, a generative disrupter, a radical dreamer, and a cultivator of conversations. I am a mom, memaw and wife. I believe in the importance of understanding the language we are using. You are the expert of your story, I am the learner. Together we can navigate through the sticky places in your path, build systems and strategies that will empower you to move forward with confidence. I look at things through a critical lens, breaking things down to smaller, manageable pieces so it is not so overwhelming. I work from a feminist perspective, addressing the systemic barriers that are a part of all of our lives, and have significant impacts on our beliefs and thought patterns. I will work to create a space where you feel safe to express yourself, your thoughts and feelings. Conversation is our most powerful tool to process through challenges. Taking the first step to reach out for support is the hardest one. You are courageous for making it this far!
