Over the past two decades, she has worked as an educator and advisor in secondary and post secondary education. With a compassionate and supportive approach, Carolyn is committed to creating a comfortable and healing environment where clients can explore their relationships, feelings, and experiences and be supported in finding balance, improving emotional well-being, and achieving personal growth. Carolyn utilizes a supportive, nonjudgmental, individualized and holistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy including developing coping strategies, enhancing communication skills, and gaining a better understanding of the emotions and dynamics involved. Carolyn strives to create a safe, welcoming, and non judgemental environment that values the importance of the therapeutic relationship so that clients can develop a greater sense of balance and well-being, improved relationships, and a more fulfilling life experience.
