About Caroline

Caroline attended the University of Ottawa, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics with a Minor in Psychology. During her academic years and her previous role as a competitive gymnastics coach, she developed a passion for physical activity and the rehabilitation of sport injuries. This interest inspired her to pursue a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa as well. Caroline is originally from the Prescott-Russell area and is fully bilingual. She believes in a client-centered approach, where each treatment is personalized to the individual rehabilitation needs of her clients. With a passion for helping others, her goal is to treat clients in her community while implementing a manual therapy approach and promoting well-being in their daily activities. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors, camping, doing yoga, or being with family and friends.
