Carole Joly is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) and practices since 1998. Reflexology is the study of reflexes and its therapies derive from this study. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands and organs of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, it can relieve tension, improve blood circulation and support the body's efforts to function optimally. It is non-invasive. There is no need to undress - simply wear light, comfortable clothing.
