Having personally experienced many years of chronic pain, Carlos brings empathy and a deeper understanding to his practice. His own experiences have expanded his perspective on pain management and strengthened his ability to connect with and support clients through their healing journey
A central goal in his sessions is to reduce pain by calming the nervous system. While he incorporates techniques such as deep tissue, PNF stretching, and trigger point release when appropriate, his overall approach emphasizes relaxation and stress relief to create a deeply calming experience.
His greatest joy comes from helping clients feel better, moving past pain, and experiencing an improved quality of life.
