About Carlo

Carlo is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to recovery, injury management, and performance care. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, he went on to complete a degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a diploma in Massage Therapy form OCHT. Outside of the clinic Carlo also works with a varsity collegiate athletics program, giving him experience in both clinical and on-field sports settings. Through these experiences he has worked with a wide range of clients — from high-performance athletes to individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from surgery. His treatment style integrates manual therapy, corrective exercise, and client education to address the root cause of dysfunction and support long-term recovery. He also incorporates modalities such as acupuncture and electrical stimulation when appropriate to optimize outcomes. Carlo takes a client-centered approach, tailoring each session to individual needs and goals.
