About Carli

Carli graduated from Mount Royal University in 2007 as a RMT. Beyond her massage career, she has diverse experience working as a personal trainer, physio and occupational therapy assistant in acute care and coaching individuals with developmental disabilities. With a high regard for individualized treatment, she will work with your goals and include a blend of techniques. Carli has found benefit in a focused massage with trigger point work, movement, myofascial release and cupping. She loves to get people moving by incorporating stretches and coaching you through functional exercises. In her down time, you will find Carli on the side of a mountain with her two active boys, at the golf course in the summer months and dreaming about her next adventure abroad!
