Her work begins with the body and energy. With extensive knowledge of clinical massage and therapeutic techniques, she looks beyond the place where pain is felt to explore the deeper patterns that may be creating it. Working with muscles, fascia, joints, connective tissue, movement patterns, and the nervous system, seeking to understand the why behind tension and restriction rather than simply chasing symptoms. Her treatments may weave together deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active and passive release, PNF stretching, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and other therapeutic techniques—always intuitively adapted to what the individual body is asking for. But there is another layer to her work. Carlee believes the body is not simply an intricate collection of muscles and bones. It is a living, breathing vessel of memory, sensation, emotion, energy, and wisdom. Sometimes a place that hurts is asking to be heard & understood. Sometimes what feels stuck in the body is connected to a pattern much deeper than muscle tension. And sometimes the most profound healing begins when we finally become quiet enough to listen. Her years of exploring Reiki, energy healing, ritual, astrology, tarot, and the subtle language of the body have given her a deeply intuitive approach to healing. She brings this awareness into her treatments without losing sight of the physical body—creating a space where clinical understanding and energetic sensitivity can meet. For Carlee, massage is both clinical and Ceremonial. It is the precision of finding the hidden holding. The patience of following a restriction back to its source. The intelligence of the nervous system. The ancient language of human touch. The quiet magic of allowing the body to remember what it feels like to be free.
