Cara Mace has been in health care since 2000, starting out as a birth and post partum assistant, then working in a medical lab until 2009. She went on, after becoming a mother, to Massage Therapy school where graduated Valedictorian with Honours in 2012. She has added to her scope of practice with Cranial and facial work, Lumbosacral focus, and lymphatic among many other modalities. In her spare time, Cara loves cooking, gardening/canning/preserving, singing, and walking her 2 dogs.
