You walk on eggshells all the time. You don’t feel mentally safe. When you express anxiety or communicate a legitimate expectation, it starts an unwanted war within your home. Finding a healthy balance in any relationship or questioning yourself can be difficult. The beginning of your therapy journey can be scary! My goal is to make the transition to therapy as easy and painless as possible. That’s why I offer one-on-one counselling, couples, and family therapy, particularly with neurodivergent folks, in helping you feel understood and supported.
