Life’s challenges can often bury our inner wisdom, and my role is to help you uncover it, reconnect with your strengths, and live authentically. Rather than “fixing,” I see therapy as “returning”—reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve had to set aside or quiet amidst life’s challenges. Our sessions will be a collaborative process to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills to navigate challenges more effectively. I am committed to providing evidence-based, personalized and authentic care in English or Tagalog.
