Cameron is a Certified Athletic Therapist who believes recovery is about far more than resolving symptoms — it's about understanding the person behind the injury. Trained in Scotland and recently moved to Canada, Cameron is here to help you understand and overcome your pain. In recognizing that pain is shaped just as much by stress, beliefs, and life demands as it is by tissue damage, Cameron goal is to help you move past your pain, and build genuine confidence in your body and all it's amazing abilities.
In treatment with Cameron, you'll notice an emphasis on relationship, listening, and taking the time to find a level of treatment and interaction that works for you. Having worked with elite athletes, through to clients recovering from stroke, surgery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, Cameron brings a wide clinical lens to every case, and an understanding that every symptom is specific to the individual. Your pain is not the same as anyone else's, and this is reflected in the person-centred care you will receive with Cameron. Sessions combine manual therapy techniques, and individualized exercise prescription, with an emphasis on educating clients along the way so progress doesn't stop when the appointment ends. Cameron believes the strongest results come when clients feel truly heard, not just treated.
Outside the clinic, Cameron regularly spends his time in wonderment of the beautiful nature here in Canada. When not exploring outdoors, you will most likely find Cameron looking for new food spots, thrifting, or at the gym.
