Caleigh graduated with honours from the Centennial College Massage Therapy program.
She has a treatment approach that incorporates Swedish techniques that will cater to each patients needs.
Full body restorative relaxation massage which decreases the day to day stress response in our tissues and increases whole body health, Trigger Point relief therapy, injury rehabilitation, passive stretching which improves flexibility, increases Range of motion and circulation. Treatment aims are also specific to decreasing general pain and aiding to improve wellness of patients through treatment and remedial exercise.
Caleigh has a background in strength training and is very passionate about educating patients on how to reach their goals through the use of remedial exercise and lengthening techniques to help correct underlying postural imbalances that may be contributing to their discomfort and pain. She loves adapting to new challenges and enjoys a whole body holistic approach to healing and life.
