Are you going through a stage in your life where you feel lost, confused, or conflicted? Are you feeling a lack of motivation, or understanding of your true purpose? Maybe you feel stuck in your relationship. Maybe you don’t know who you are or who you’re supposed to be. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from family, friends, co-workers. And do you know what? That’s okay!
We all need help at one time or another, but some of the harder moments in our lives involve taking the plunge to reach out. Whether it’s a cultural, family or learned belief, many people assume that to need help is to admit failure. Only when we take the chance to fail do we begin to find the keys to understanding, growth and success.
My approach uses a collaboration of coaching techniques aligning with psychological principles that are rooted in Truth. When you come, we’ll work together in three areas:
Understanding goals – learning about who you are, what you want to accomplish or where you want to grow.
Clarifying obstacles – examining the things, people, emotions, or circumstances that are keeping you from moving toward your goals.
Planning for success – Working together to create tangible steps toward achievement, healing, reconciliation, or any other area you’re hoping to explore!
I have worked with those struggling with: identity, life-direction, addiction, depression, emotional management, anxiety, marriage/relationship issues, and more – continuing to encounter new and exciting challenges at every turn.
Regardless of who you are, where you’ve come from, or what you want to achieve – I am excited to meet you, to process through your questions and struggles, and make hope a reality!
