As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Caitlin brings a solid academic foundation to her practice. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience (Minor in Biology) from Wilfrid Laurier University and has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University.
Caitlin's lifelong commitment to helping others led her to the mental health field. With an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, she supports clients facing anxiety, depression, general stress, life transitions, motivation, and self-esteem challenges. While passionate about
working with children and adolescents, Caitlin also enjoys supporting adults and seniors.
She uses an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, to meet each client's individual needs. She is dedicated to exploring unique journeys collaboratively, providing a supportive environment where clients can build self-awareness and acquire the tools necessary for navigating life and fostering personal growth.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys engaging in fitness activities, quality time with family, and live
music.
