About Brynn

Brynn is passionate about helping people move with less pain and more confidence, especially when they've already tried everything else. With over 10 years of experience across Canada and the United States, she specializes in concussion recovery, chronic pain, and complex cases that haven't responded to conventional treatment. Brynn is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, certified in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and myofascial release. She completed her Master of Science in Athletic Training and worked as a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Washington and Missouri before returning home to Port Coquitlam. She is also a Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor and Bowen Practitioner, giving her one of the most comprehensive skill sets in the region. What makes Brynn's approach different is how she combines movement, hands-on osteopathic care, and nervous system-based treatment to find what others miss, not just where it hurts, but why. Back home in Port Coquitlam, Brynn loves serving her community while staying active outdoors with her husband, children, and two German Shepherds. She believes healing isn't just about recovery, it's about helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore hope, and feel stronger in their everyday lives

What patients said about Brynn

Brynn is my favourite Practitioner for Bowen therapy! Shes helped correct a lot of chronic pain, hip instability , pelvic floor and transverse abdominous tightness (caused by weakened muscles) and hyper nervous system issues from a MVA in 2004. Not only does she help heal my body and allow it to function smoother, her personality and balanced way of treating me, makes each visit/session something I look forward to! I have even brought my teen daughter to see Brynn for concussion treatments from early childhood and one that was more recent from sports. Brynn is amazingly talented and constantly upgrading her skills. She really does care and it shows in how much my body has been able to heal after her treatments. I am always grateful and her knowledge has been greatly appreciated for home care and maintenance. I feel heard and seen when with Brynn. My nervous system is always relaxed and reset after my appointments and I take her suggestions when offered as they have never been wrong!
