About Bruce

Bruce has had the privilege of doing individual & couple counselling in a variety of capacities for more than 25 years. His therapeutic orientation is rooted in evidence-based and best practice interventions. He is straightforward & practical, but also endeavours to be kind. Bruce believes change generally involves effort and incremental steps. He has had the opportunity to write for journals, publish research papers, make a phone app, create an assessment instrument, develop some resource materials, teach & supervise graduate students, present at an array of venues, and win a few awards. In addition to a master's degree in the area, Bruce completed some doctoral courses in counselling as well as taking specialized courses. He have been happily married for nearly 38 years and my wife and has children and grandchildren.
