About Brooke

Brooke graduated from a 2200 hour course at Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2003. She uses a combination of traditional Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and trigger point therapy to help relieve the effects of stress, chronic pain, and to help facilitate healing from injury. From the athlete to the elderly, Brooke has experience in treating a wide array of people and conditions. She believes that massage therapy is a wonderful tool to aid the body in its ability to heal itself. Brooke has a passion for healthy living, nutrition, and natural health. She is currently studying Reiki energy work.
