A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Brock has been an active participant in sports his entire life and has always been fascinated by how the human body works. Nutrition, health and wellness have always been a top priority. He enjoys working with patients who strive to improve their physical function and prevent and heal injuries to enhance their quality of life. Brock incorporates deep tissue work and treats people with a wide range of concerns including chronic pain, headaches, musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, strains, inflammatory conditions, and a variety of pathologies. He also believes in musculoskeletal maintenance, and preventative care, as well as correcting postural imbalances. Brock is passionate about helping people, and educating patients about the importance of proper stretching and strengthening exercises. His treatments focus on: trigger point release, muscle energy, isolytic release, rassive stretching and joint mobilization.
