Brienna graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. With a background in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading, Brienna’s interest in manual therapy began as it played a crucial role in her health and performance. She has developed a deep understanding of the body's mechanics and the importance of maintaining optimal performance and functionality.
Brienna customizes her massage therapy approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized care. Her experience has lead to an interest in the treatment of chronic conditions and pain, functional limitations and sports-related injuries. She aims to not only address current issues but also to work collaboratively with her patients on prevention and maintenance strategies.
Outside of work, Brienna enjoys hiking with her dog, Oscar, playing in a recreational soccer league, watching a Chelsea FC match, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
