About Brianna
Brianna completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2017. It was there she decided to pursue a career that would provide rehabilitation in a more hands on manner, and become a Registered Massage Therapist. In 2019, she graduated with honours from Algonquin College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy.
Growing up playing multiple sports, she discovered a passion for rehabilitation, fitness, and human performance. Brianna's main sport was gymnastics. When she’s not providing treatment, she is sharing her passion and knowledge of the sport through coaching gymnastics to adults.
As a registered massage therapist, Brianna uses deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, while incorporating exercises and movement into her treatments. Leading to improvements in function, performance, and overall quality of life. She also has experience working with athletes, scars, chronic pain, and post-rehab patients.
