Kaizen. A Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. As a health care provider and wellness advocate, Brent wants to help improve the lives of their clients through therapeutic and rehabilitation treatments. Working with a healthcare team to improve biomechanics and reduce pain and tension are his greatest goals that he's excited to achieve with the great team at Healthy Body. Brent has a patient first mentality when it comes to treatments and wants to bring everything they've learned and experienced to the table. Brent graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College in Dec 2020 and started treating as a registered massage therapist in Oct 2021. While at Mohawk, he had great tutelage with experienced massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists as well as fantastic learning experiences with the Hamilton Ticats, geriatric communities and head and neck injuries. While practicing, Brent has added vacu-cupping as a modality to perform as well as treatments and assessments of concussions. In his personal time, Brent enjoys playing and reffing hockey, weight training and quiet days at home. He is very excited to build with the team at Healthy Body and to work with their wonderful patients in need of massage therapy
