About Brenda
Brenda received her Bachelor of Arts - Counselling Track in 2014 and furthered her studies by receiving her Masters of Counselling Psychology in 2017. Brenda is interested in working with older teenagers, as well as adults, who are having challenges with life situations such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, as well as those healing from various types of abuse. Brenda offers Christian counsel to those who would desire it; but it is not required and is only offered upon request.
Brenda focuses on a Cognitive Behavioral approach, but will use therapies that best suit her clients needs.
