I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW), with extensive experience in counselling spanning over 20 years. My practice is deeply rooted in a wholistic way of healing that supports continued personal growth and empowerment. The approach I use brings together the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of self. Throughout my work in community agencies and Indigenous communities, I have had the privilege to support people of all ages, coming from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. I have sat with people during the most difficult times of their lives and have witnessed the strength and resilience we each hold, should we be offered a safe and accepting space to do our healing.
