Bree graduated from UBC with a degree in Psychology and then went on to graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. She opened Traverse Integrated Health with David Fleming in 2021.
Bree loves her massage therapy practice and has completed many additional courses in pain science, myofascial release, soft tissue release and rehabilitative exercises. She enjoys working with a variety of clients including pre and post natal, athletes, seniors and ICBC clients.
Her treatments include manual therapies and exercises to help alleviate pain and increase patient education. She believes in a holistic approach to optimize health and functionality.
In her spare time Bree enjoys being active with friends and family, trail running, biking and XC skiing. She and her husband love exploring Shuswap with their two young kids and Roger the dog.
