About Breanna

Breanna was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta and has been massaging since 2008. She has worked in Spa and clinical settings as well as working with high level sports. She is excited to bring her skill set to Stride! Breanna has taken myofascial cupping, and prenatal massage courses. She loves therapeutic massage and working in clinic with other modalities to achieve recovery from injuries. When she is not at work Breanna is either running, doing yoga or reading.... Who is she kidding; she's chasing after her two very busy boys!
