About Breah

As a gentle and intuitive practitioner, Breah is passionate about creating a space where her patients feel truly seen and heard. Her treatment style is rooted in the belief that people start to heal when they feel heard. Her treatments aren’t solely focused on listening, but about truly attuning with her patients and creating space for whatever may emerge - highlighting that the success of each treatment is a collaboration between her and her patients. Breah is an active member of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia. She received her diploma of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with distinction in clinical excellence here in Bedford. Common conditions that she treats: skin health + restoration, stress (both psychological and physiological), sleep disorders, mental health support, addictions support, digestive dysfunctions, menstrual and fertility support, musculoskeletal conditions, pain management, and much more. Acupuncture awakens the body’s innate ability to restore balance, and that's precisely what Breah aims to do in each treatment.
