Hi there, my name is Brandon. Thank you for taking the courageous first step of looking for a therapist. I’ve been there myself, so I know it can be overwhelming trying to figure out where to start.
Therapy is about building a trusting relationship where we work together to create a safe space for you to explore important questions about the things that matter most to you. The heart of my work as a therapist is helping you discover how to apply your unique strengths and experiences to create the life you want. Maybe that’s a life where fear and anxiety don’t rule the day or where your relationships begin to thrive, or maybe you’re not even sure what you want—that’s okay, too!
For nearly thirty years, I have worked in a variety of people-centred roles and am deeply committed to the well-being and growth of the whole person—mind, body, and soul. Based on what I learn about you, I will draw from a variety of counseling approaches to find the path that suits you best.
I am a good listener and I like to ask thought provoking questions. I bring a compassionate approach to counselling but I am also willing to push you into new territory depending on what you need at the moment. Time and again I have witnessed the transformation that is possible when someone begins to see their life in a new light, and I would be honoured to come alongside you for the next leg of your journey.
