Braea grew up on the Sunshine Coast, and graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2024. She has a laid back and empathetic personality, and this guides how she approaches her practice. She’s passionate about the therapeutic and restorative benefits that massage therapy provides, and she strives to hold a safe, supportive space where all individuals can feel heard and accepted.
During treatment Braea enjoys keeping a relaxing rhythm and pace, while performing specific techniques like myofascial release, trigger-point release, and pin-and-stretch techniques to effectively address tension and pain. She has experience with various concerns and conditions, including migraines and headaches, TMJ tension / dysfunction, chronic pain, and chronic stress. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of her patients, while prioritizing their comfort at all times.
