About Brady

I bring an extensive background of working with many neurodiverse individuals and vulnerable populations. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with neurodiversity’s such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and OCD. As a Clinical Traumatologist and EMDR Certified Therapist, with experience in a range of therapeutic approaches, I'm a firm believer that one-size, doesn't fit all. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on the client's needs, to meet them where they are at. Throughout my work, my clinical skills are always embedded within a trauma informed lens! My style is very laid-back & comfortable, making getting started, easier. What does a session with me look like? I believe all clients are unique, and I make it my priority to mold my therapeutic approach to suit each individual client’s needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to set an agenda, goal plan, and work towards healing and wellness, while doing so in a comfortable and safe space. To help you out along the way, some sessions will be followed up with an email that provides additional support, resources & recaps new learnings from the session!
