Throughout my career as a Massage Therapist since 2013, I have gained extensive experience working at a Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic in the Philippines, as well as at one of the largest private physiotherapy groups in Singapore. My skills encompass various modalities, such as sports massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, hot stone massage therapy, Lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and pre-and post-natal massages and more. In addition to my experience in sports massage therapy, This experience has helped me hone my skills to a great extent. My passion for Massage Therapy stems from the joy of helping people recover from injuries and gain relief from pain. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of my clients.
