Bhumika incorporates evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and electro-physical modalities, including advanced LASER therapy. She is certified in specialized techniques like the McKenzie Method for neck and back pain and Mulligan techniques for manual therapy.
To further enhance recovery outcomes, Bhumika integrates complementary treatments like cupping therapy, gua sha, acupuncture, dry-needling, taping, and LASER therapy.
Committed to lifelong learning, Bhumika continues to expand her skills and is currently pursuing certification in managing Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders.
