My name is Bhavna and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I have my Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counselling.
I believe that the counselling process is a collaborative approach in which goals are created and a treatment plan is identified to aid clients in achieving those goals. I personally believe that there is not one type of therapy that fits all situations, rather I cater various approaches to match the person and situation.
A fun fact about me is that I have the world's most adorable doggy named Apollo :)
