About Bhakti

Bhakti’s interest in physiotherapy grew from her lifelong connection with movement, sports, and the body’s ability to adapt and heal. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, and has completed the Physiotherapy Practice in the Canadian Healthcare System program through the University of Alberta. Before moving to British Columbia, she gained clinical experience in Ontario, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, chronic pain, and rehabilitation clients. Her approach is grounded in the belief that the body and mind are deeply connected, and that recovery is shaped by each person’s story, lifestyle, and environment. Bhakti believes that “what we believe, we become,” and she enjoys helping people build confidence in movement, trust their bodies again, and return to the activities that feel meaningful in everyday life.
