
Beth is excited to be offering psychotherapy services at Ossington Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. Her approach to psychotherapy includes a client-centred approach to explore the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that move us towards or away from our goals. Beth is a graduate of the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at University of
Toronto. As a registered OT, her focus is working with different mental health populations,
supporting and promoting clients to engage in meaningful activities.
Beth is experienced in providing treatment for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep issues, trauma, and recovery from injury. Outside of her work at OCR, Beth works closely with clients in a mental health return-to-work program and is also a co-instructor in the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at University of Toronto.
Beth has certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy
(CPT); and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is trained in exposure therapy
treatment as well as management of concussion. Beth has recently completed training in racial
trauma and gender-diverse healthcare practices.
Outside of her passion in working in the mental health field, Beth is an advocate for movement
and exercise, as she is an avid runner and fitness trainer at the Academy of Lions gym. Beth is also a foodie and loves to cook.
