Bernarda Schram's professional journey began in her birthplace of Poland, where she earned a Master's Degree in Environmental Protection ( Ecology) in 2001. While living in Sydney, Australia, her passion for natural health and alternative medicine grew. She went on to complete Diploma in Remedial Massage, Sports Athletic Support Services, and Advanced Aromatherapy , along with Certificates in Shiatsu.
In 2007 , Bernarda moved to Canada and earned designations as a as a Registered Aromatherapist and Essential Oil Therapist while practicing at Utopia Spa Health & Wellness Centre in British Columbia. Driven to deepen her skills, she returned to West Coast College of Massage Therapy and, in 2011, passed the BC registration exams with exceptional achievement, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist ( RMT).
With a wealth of worldwide training and ongoing commitment to proffessional development, Bernarda brings a unique perspective to her work. Her focus is on both immediate relief and long-term solutions, tailoring each treatment to support her patients' optimal health and well- being.
She integrate a wide variety of techniques into her practice , including deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, breathing techniques, active and passive stretching. Her individualized approach has helped patients with diverse needs throughout her career.
