Hello! I’m Berline, a psychotherapist, neuroscientist, and educator deeply committed to supporting individuals and families whose lives are shaped by migration, collective responsibility, and quiet resilience. My work centers on the emotional, relational, and spiritual weight of immigration, intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, parenting, grief, and relationship changes. It’s often assumed that immigrating to Canada guarantees a better life. But for many, the journey is far more complicated. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, holding pain silently, navigating parenting struggles, or carrying the weight of being “the strong one,” please know that you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, we’ll gently explore your experiences with care and curiosity. I integrate your cultural values and spiritual beliefs into the therapy process to help you move toward clarity, healing, connection, and renewed hope.
