About Ben
Ben graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy program in 2016. He has a passion for strength sports and brings a perspective from a diverse athletic background. Though not competitive in any specific sport, he appreciates all forms of athletic endeavors.
He’s taken levels 1 and 2 of NeuroKinetic Therapy and is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. Movement based sports and injury recovery parameters are one of Ben's strong suits. How ever there is no be-all, end-all treatment type when it comes to an individual, everyone is different, and Ben accommodates to the best of his ability whenever possible.
If Ben is at work, he's working hard, if he isn't at work, he's working hard on another project.
