About Bel

Hello, my name is Bel. I work in partnership with Sto:lo Service Agency and provide therapy for members of the Indigenous community. I provide holistic trauma informed care and can help you process your grief, family struggles, issues from childhood, work on communication and overall wellness. I can also support you with referrals to community partners. My services are covered by the FNHA and most extended health plans. I offer in person therapy at Sto:lo Service Agency as well as video and telephone sessions. I look forward to working together.
