Becky 's first job as a massage therapist was at a remote fishing lodge in the Haida Gwaii during the summers of 2006 and 2007. The experience gave her the opportunity to work with many different people and conditions in a condensed period of time. Being at the lodge helped her develop the skills needed to use therapeutic techniques while keeping the treatment relaxing and enjoyable. Becky began working permanently in Victoria in October 2007 and decided to open her own clinic in January 2009. In August, 2009 Becky also completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences with a focus in Massage Therapy.
