Becca uses a collaborative, evidence-based, and strengths-based approach to her work. She frequently integrates self-compassion practices into Programs (treatment plans) and Workouts (appointments), as well as in her own life. She is a passionate believer that we can all work on being kinder, gentler, and more understanding when faced with stress and personal failures (instead of judging and criticizing ourselves). Becca aims to foster a safe and supportive space to allow Members (patients) to work on their individual goals and develop skills and strategies to get and stay in emotional shape.
