About Beau

With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a genuine commitment to client-centered care, Beau Benham is a skilled Registered Social Worker with over four years of experience in addiction and mental health services. Working collaboratively with adolescents, adults, and seniors, supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing from an integrative therapeutic approach, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. My work is grounded in compassion, supporting people with building skills to manage and cope with their concerns, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Bringing a calm presence, building strong therapeutic rapport, and offering thoughtful interventions, I look to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am focused on supporting individuals with building practical coping strategies, increasing emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. Whether navigating mental health challenges, healing from trauma, or working towards recovery and personal growth, I am dedicated to helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
