Barb has been active in the wellness industry for over 20 years. Her career began with group fitness coaching and blossomed into reflexology and massage therapy. She graduated from the 3000hr program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.
Creating space to allow the bodies innate healing abilities to occur is one of Barb's passions.
She has experienced great joy creating, managing, and offering treatments at her wellness studios over the years. She has also enjoyed working at various studios around Vancouver and volunteer massage therapy work abroad.
Barb's passion for her career as a BC-RMT stems from a life-long journey to obtain and maintain optimal health and balance in her own life while sharing her knowledge for the well-being of others.
Barb combines neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish and deep tissue techniques along with years of knowledge to create an effective treatment.
