Barbara is a graduate of Sutherland Chan and is a big believer in cooperation between therapist and client will result in the best overall care and results possible. She focuses her treatments on trigger points due to their contribution to a lot of the aches and pains we experience on a daily basis. Stress release is a main focus of Barbara’s massage technique, working with clients to provide deep relaxation during treatment. Fascia work from top to bottom is encompassed in her treatment as well as frictions, joint mobilization, myofascial release, PRT (Positional Release Technique), Swedish techniques, and of course stretching and strengthening exercises.
