Raised in the tranquil settings of rural PEI, Barbara brings a grounded and attentive presence to her practice. As a recent graduate of Halifax's Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, completing the 2200-hour program, she offers a strong foundation in Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and fascial release. Barbara is dedicated to providing targeted treatment for musculoskeletal concerns, guiding each individual towards a greater sense of wellness. She sees every session as a collaborative journey, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of those she treats, easing tension, relieving pain, and reducing stress. Barbara's goal is to empower each person on their healing journey, supporting them in taking an active role in their wellness.
