About Bailey
Hi there! I am Registered Provisional Psychologist and hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science Psychology Degree from the University of Lethbridge.
I believe in using a person-centred and holistic approach, meaning I create a plan based on the many factors impacting your day-to-day. I work with you to feel empowered and confident in making positive changes. My goal is to support you in utilizing your skills to overcome difficult situations, emotions, and challenges.
I pull from many different modalities as I believe an individualized approach is best when supporting you in your needs. I mainly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I work with teens, adults, families, and couples. My specializations are working with those experiencing anxiety, panic disorders, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, family difficulties, personality disorders, difficulties with identity, ADHD, and grief.
Please note: Bailey does not accept those under 16 years of age into her practice at this time.
