Azita is a clinical counsellor and psychotherapeutic practitioner with nearly 18 years of experience
in the field. She began her professional work in Iran and has spent many years in therapeutic and
educational settings, supporting individuals as they navigate emotional stress, anxiety, past difficult
experiences, and relationship challenges.
Her work focuses on helping people who are dealing with long-term stress, trauma, relational
tensions, family issues, and complex emotional patterns. Azita supports clients in understanding
their feelings more clearly, identifying the roots of their inner struggles, and developing healthier
and more grounded connections with themselves and with others.
Her therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based work, and an
understanding of how past experiences shape current emotional life. Azita is dedicated to creating
a safe, trustworthy, and non-judgmental space where clients can speak openly, feel understood,
and gradually move toward meaningful and lasting change through a thoughtful and in-depth
therapeutic process.
