Ayesha is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy (Honours) from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Toronto. She is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed advanced training in Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, TMJ Therapy, Concussion Management, and the Mulligan Concept. Ayesha has experience treating patients of all ages with a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-surgical, vestibular, and chronic pain conditions, providing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each person's goals and lifestyle.
Drawing from both her clinical expertise and her personal experience living with Fibromyalgia, Ayesha has a special interest in pain management and restoring function through evidence-based, hands-on care. She believes in empowering patients through education, helping them better understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery.
